The limitless potential for breakthroughs in lifesaving procedures is too great for us permit this issue to become hopelessly deadlocked by delusions of morality. We must accept the fact that, life begets life, thus it always has been, thus it always shall be. We all must consume life in order to live. When we die, other life will consume our remains. That is part of the natural order of things, and we are a part of that natural order as well. If stem cells can help humanity live longer, pain-free lives, we should do everything in our power to support their research.
